World Cup 1966 Meter Mark.

Not first day of either stamp issue date, but so scarce I thought it was worth listing.....

Pitney-Bowes created the Postage Meter Mark machines, and in a local charity shop I found this World Cup 1966 Meter Marked Postcard.... if you collect World Cup items - this surely must be of interest !
