Every previous example of this scarce CDS I've seen has always been on the Philart cover and addressed to a Colonel Milner, but it looks like someone else did at least one on a Stuart cover !

If you don't know what the link is: Lawrence was summoned to Windsor in 1789 to paint Queen Charlotte and where his 24 full-length portraits of the military leaders of the Holy Alliance now hang in the Waterloo Chamber, Windsor Castle. These 24 paintings were the backbone of his rise to fame.
