This London Telecom Tower, Telecom Technology Showcase 'Souvenir Postcard' was re-issued for this Engineering issue, but with an added overprint to commemorate the issue details, then the Official Telecom Technology H/S was applied to the stamp.... making this an UNLISTED Official.....

It's only taken 42 years for this to surface !!
