This started off life as a single stamp Thames Barrier 'Visitor Centre' commemorative cover, but this has then been doubled with the full set of the 2002 Bridges stamps appropriately cancelled with the correct Covercraft Official 'Structural Engineers' H/S, thus making this an ALTERNATIVE Official !

The seller of this cover tells me that he did this and he only did the one version doubled like this.....
